Decision of Registrar – Aug 2022

A complaint was received regarding the practice of a Registrant. During the investigation the Registrant agreed their actions fell below the standards expected of UKVRN Registrants and that their practice was therefore impaired due to bringing the profession into disrepute. In accordance with the AfN Fitness to Practice Rules, the decision of the AfN Registrar was to accept a voluntary removal agreement and administratively remove UKVRN registration from the Registrant. The individual may not apply to rejoin the UKVRN for a period of 5-years, at which point a full evidenced portfolio submission will be required.

The removal will be effective from 1st September 2022, with no application for re-admittance possible until after 1st September 2027.
