Nutrition Manager

The Role
We are searching for a highly skilled industry nutritionist with commercial acumen and reformulation experience to join a well-known company in the UK out of home sector. As part of a dynamic innovation team, this individual will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of successful reformulation projects. They will also provide recommendations to the Innovation team and Leadership team on the nutrition strategy.

Must Have Skills and Experience
- BSc. or MSc. in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) or Registration in Dietetics preferred
- A minimum of 8 years professional experience within the food industry/out of home
- Strong knowledge of nutrition science and UK and Ireland health policy
- Reformulation project experience essential
- Ability to work cross-functionally with departments including marketing, technical and development chefs
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to inform and shape business strategy
- Organisational & analytical skills: significant project management experience and ability to evaluate complex data, find and deliver innovative solutions and recommendations
- Highly motivated, tenacious, experienced nutritionist with a willingness to drive change
