Lecturer in Nutrition
The Division of Allied Health wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Nutrition to contribute to the delivery of academic teaching and scholarly activity across a range of programmes. The Division offers post-graduate programmes in Public Health Nutrition, Exercise and Nutrition Science, Human Nutrition, Obesity and Weight Management, Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation, and Dietetics. As an expert in nutrition, you will be able to contribute to each of these programmes, embedding this fundamental aspect of nutrition into the heart of the Department.
Ideally you will have specific expertise in Public Health Nutrition and other related areas including Food Systems. You will possess a relevant higher degree and have previous experience of teaching and learning in higher education. You will have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills and you will be a team player. A growing research profile in a relevant subject area is desirable and support will be provided to facilitate your development in this area.
